The Daughters of the King (DOK), recognizable by the distinctive crosses each member wears, is an Order of women who go through eight weeks of study before being commissioned to carry out their Rule of Life: prayer, service, evangelism. They pray daily for those on our prayer list, faithfully lifting up each person. Besides daily prayer, the Order serves the church and community through annual retreats and outreach programs. Anyone with a special prayer need is encouraged to fill out a prayer request card found at the church entrance and place it in the offering plate or tell one of the members of DOK or church staff. To learn more about this ministry, contact Jennifer Treadwell or any DOK member.
The Daughters of the King (DOK) meets on the third Monday of each month at 6:00 pm. The months of September, December, and April have been designated as "Open Meeting", welcoming and encouraging attendance by those ladies interested in this ministry. All other months are open only to the DOK membership in order for the Daughters to carry out the work of the ministry as they are called to do.
